This month’s tip to reduce stress and anxiety might not be everyone’s cup of tea but definitely worth a try.
Tip 2: Make a to do list (even for small tasks).
Sometimes writing things down can make them feel less overwhelming.
Writing down your to do’s can also free your brain to think more clearly rather than get bogged down trying to remember everything you have to do or getting all up in your head and overwhelmed about it.
So, write it all out, prioritise it and work through it one task at a time.
