Shipping policy

Delivery to any destination within Australia will be by Australia Post, Sendle parcel delivery or by courier.

The flat rate shipping is as follows (including GST):

Australia

Standard: $9.95 per delivery within Australia.

Express: $12.30 per delivery within Australia.

FREE standard delivery on orders over $80.

Orders in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders out of stock will be dispatched within 2 business days of the stock being available. 

Please note that there are delays being experienced within courier networks due to COVID. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of your goods from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email on the date that the goods are dispatched. 

Little Musings will pack and ship your goods to the address supplied. Please take care to be accurate when entering your details as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. 

Little Musings uses third-party delivery services and take no responsibility for the items once dispatched using those services. 

Incorrectly dispatched products will be credited for in full, if returned to us promptly (2-3 days) and unopened. Postage is not refundable on returns. All of our orders are traceable through eParcel tracking.  A tracking number is emailed to you upon fulfilment of your order.

Please note with the tracking of your order, you are responsible for organising for the safe drop of your parcel, via the MyPost app or your tracking number link, should you not want your order left at your delivery address unattended. It is not the responsibility of Little Musings if an order has been left via safe drop and can not be found or is assumed stolen. The onus is on the customer to follow up with Australia Post, Sendle or other courier. For orders sent via a courier, signing on delivery or assigning someone else to sign is the responsibility of the customer.  It is not the responsibility of Little Musings if an order is signed for incorrectly.

If an incorrect address has been entered and the product is returned to Little Musings the onus is on the customer to pay for the item to be reshipped. Little Musings is not responsible for shipping costs of any items with incorrect addresses entered. 

Parcels that are left unclaimed at the post office and returned to Little Musings will be charged to the customer to be resent.
