Our Top 5 Tips to Start 2022 on the Right Foot
It’s a fresh start so let’s make the most of it. Here are our top 5 tips to start 2022 on the right foot.
1. Make time to re-charge before heading back to your usual routine.
2. Get plenty of sleep (I’m literally going to put this on nearly every list I write).
3. Declutter. Might just be my OCD talking, but before 2022 gets into full swing, get rid of things you no longer use, clean out, clean up and get yourself organised. It will help you start the year fresh and ready to focus.
4. Clear your mind. Other than sufficient down time, find ways that will help you get grounded. Create a list of easy things you can do to help yourself recharge and feel good when the stress and busyness kicks in.
5. Take some peaceful time out to plan. What would you like to achieve this year? Think broadly, consider what you’d like to achieve across:
