Stop wasting time trying to book meetings

This month’s productivity tip is to try and automate scheduling as much as possible.

Now that we’re in the space of zoom calls and chatting to people over the internet basically every day, you can waste a lot of time in scheduling back and forth trying to find a time that suits for days on end before anything would get done.

But there are apps out there such as Calendly (not sponsored) and there are others too.  The idea behind it is that you can send someone a link and it has all of your availability and they can just book a slot in your calendar.

Now that might feel a little weird to do initially but they will be grateful for saving them time and not having to worry about scheduling and all the back-and-forth emails.
